Reception worker kinda rude . Was rushing and quickly hung up .
This place is fantastic both the nurses and Dr. Hum could sense my anxiety and they did a great job with the procedure. The most impressive part was that Dr. Hum actually called me to check in to see how I was doing that same night. Most offices would have only had a staff person call if they called at all. I would highly recommend this place and would go back if I need more work done. Although I really hope I do not need more work.
I have never left a review. And so I am sorry to say I have to this time . This business required a consultation to have a tooth removed ( that was painfully infected ) even though 3 months ago I met with the dentist and he took a full set of exams. Nevertheless , I agreed and set an appt. I was 10-15 min late due to an accident of 440 and they refused to see me. They would not let me in the door. They said I could reschedule (but it was 45 min from my house. ) I begged to wait because I needed the appt to remove this week. ... read more
Dr. Hum and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had a dental emergency during covid that ultimately required getting referred to Dr. Hum for an extraction and an implant. Not only did they practice covid protocol with the utmost care, they made me feel very safe, comfortable and at ease during a procedure that was very difficult for me emotionally. They explained the fees and process in detail. He put in a dental implant and I had no pain or difficulties. I would highly recommend them. Implants however are expensive.
