Just don’t I try very very hard to not leave negative reviews, the lady in the afternoon is so rude. Two as I tried to ask, multiple times if they can check if my medication had been despensed as per the NC CSRS, but she caught a tude instantly, and said no if the non government controlled body BCBS says that I have gotten my medication then that must go above everything. Everyone is healthcare is busy and overworked. I work in primary care and deal with lots of pharmacies. I was so disappointed when I couldn’t get the help I needed resolving an issue so one of our patients could get their Diabetes medication. Amanda was extremely rude, acted exacerbated that I was taking up any of her time on the phone. She made zero effort to resolve this issue. Great experience. They have great prices on medicine. Got a bottle of ibuprofen for $2.07. Can’t beat that.
