I have been going to Step Above Massage for several years--yesterday I had my first Lymphatic Drainage Massage. It was a totally different experience than my regular massage! Alana recommended it because of recent hip issues I have been dealing with. This morning I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend you consider Lymphatic Drainage Massage if you have had recent surgery or ongoing pain issues. Alana is very well trained in this procedure.
