Customer service was a 10 out of 10. The team made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
I found everything to be very positive, except the front reception area was not covered for sometime when I arrived. Not sure why this was the case. They may have been short staffed. I do want to add that the young lady who finally checked me in was very courteous and kind. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and my doctor were all wonderful. They made me feel very educated and calm regarding my procedure. I would recommend this team of professionals with high confidence.
Dr. Farrah Husain was very welcoming for my procedure at Wake Endoscopy. She went over everything before my procedure-since I had never met her before. At the end she came out and spoke to me about my results which was helpful. I had a further question that I asked my nurse and Dr Husain come back over and spoke to me again! I would definitely recommend her if you need to have an endoscopic procedure.
Great experience at WF Endo!! Helpful and courteous staff, which answered all questions and explained procedures well. No lengthy wait times. Very satisfied with my experience!!
