After the most recent storm came through and a limb tore the power line out of our pole, they came and said they'd come back with a boomlift to fix the line. Switched the breaker to the transformer, fixing our neighbors power and took our outage off the map. We've been without power since Friday at 6:30 pm and they never came back out to fix our line and now we're SOL until Monday. Great job taking care of your customers.
