After the most recent storm came through and a limb tore the power line out of our pole, they came and said they'd come back with a boomlift to fix the line. Switched the breaker to the transformer, fixing our neighbors power and took our outage off the map. We've been without power since Friday at 6:30 pm and they never came back out to fix our line and now we're SOL until Monday. Great job taking care of your customers.
Seeing as there was no option to post directly on your page I’ve had to write a review. When writing said review it’s a yes or no option if I recommend you. First let me say if there has ever been an outage or storm damage Wake Electric has not been expedient. I’ve never had an issue. Horrible horrible company. Awful customer service. They take advantage of their customers because they know they provide a service we need. Our breaker box broke and we initially just thought it was a power outage so naturally we reported an outage. Someone came out to the house but we already had a friend/electrician there helping fix it and that guy told him to leave we didn’t need him. My husband or I didn’t even talk to the technician! My mother is sitting in the cold right now, because a piece has broken and are unsure when it will be restored. I'm not happy. Wake Electric should have maintained there equipment better. You want your money on time I want my mother's power back on! It's 46 degrees in her house! It might not come back on until Monday! This is a shame and disgrace!

Wake Electric is horrible. I am sitting here without power once again. They have been working on replacing roughly a dozen poles for over 3 months. About a decade ago they kept lying to me telling me squirrels were making my power go out every day at 1:30 pm ( yeah right). I eventually got directed to upper management that gave me truth. They had purchased faulty components and since the cost was so much they had to wait to replace as time allowed. How is their incompetence my fault? The monopoly needs to stop!!!!
