I rarely rate businesses but this one is amazing. I broke a binding on a wakeboard and Ryan at wake affects did all the warrenty himself and offered to ship the binding from the store to my house, even though most places would say I do that on my own through Ronix. On top of that I wanted the replacement binding in two days to use them, and he offered to ship the ones he had in stock and have Ronix send him the warranty replaced pair from Seattle to speed up this process for me. Great to work with and extremely helpful.
Never been here but ordering offline from them is AMAZING. 10/10 customer service especially with Bengt. He helped me with a return and then walked me through exactly what I needed in terms of bindings. I’ve been telling everyone to order ski accessories here as they have the best prices and service. Will definitely be shopping here again!
