My son is on a special formula as he’s allergic to regular milk long story short his provider sent over the prescription . Today she emailed the prescription because they kept saying they never received it . I’ve been calling since 9am and nobody can seem to help me they keep hanging up the phone, not calling back etc . Yesterday I did have some helpful employees but today not at all smh .
I had to change my package to formula from breastfeeding because my little one was not gaining weight or reacting well to my breast milk. I cannot remember who I spoke with but she made sure to talk me through options and was able get my package changed. Even though I called at 4:45 on a Friday she was super patient and made sure I could get my son the formula he needed for that night and my package changed. I truly appreciate this office for their help!

They never ever ever answer the phone if you don't have a car and are unable to get up there and talk to them in person you might as well suffer in silence they don't even care to answer the phone
