I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability regarding a serious breach of privacy that occurred while one of your former employees was working at Wake County Human Services. We were given an arrival time of 12:30, which is in the middle of their lunch break. I understand that they of course need a break but don't tell your patients to show up. We were the first in line and the four groups that came in behind us, some over 30 minutes after us, were seen and left before us. After and hour I asked the woman at the front desk what was happening and she was very rude, unprofessional and disappointing. over 15 years and wake county keeps the same raggedy and unprofessional staff around in their patient access and clinic c departments... it's ridiculous.
