Excelente service
This office is low key and easy to feel comfortable. Dr. Dorsey answered many questions I had. She explained things well and thoroughly. Rose the technician cleaned my hearing aides and also fixed the right one which wasn't sitting correctly! What a difference that made. Thank you both!!
Was having a problem with one of my hearing aids. Called and was able to get in today. Rose took care of my problem and I was able to get out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again.
My follow up appointment after getting my hearing aids went very well. Dr. Dorsey listened and explained the adjustments she was making to help better in the noisy environments. She is very patient and helpful. Rose greets you with a smile and checkout is very smooth. Wake Audiology is the office to go to for your hearing!
