I absolutely cannot give enough praise and credit to this clinic. I recommend it without hesitation. From the fantastic receptionist, to the entire staff I've met so far, I've never in my life felt so welcomed and comfortable at the dentist. For context I have combined ADHD and ASD, with a host of anxieties and sensory issues, that make dental appointments, normally, very stressful for me. Not the case here!! I usually approach dental appointments with the same excitement as a tax audit, but this clinic makes the whole experience ridiculously easy. The staff is amazing, the dentist is gentle, the process is always smooth, and the music is so good my crown prep basically came with its own soundtrack. I wish I had a fun dental clinic like this growing up...dental fear officially banished.
Dr Bertsch is an incredible dentist. Kind, hilarious, personable, and truly talented at what he does. He has a way of making you feel completely comfortable and cared for during every visit. It’s rare to find someone who is both exceptionally skilled and such a genuinely great person. I love going to see him and his assistants! They always make me feel welcomed and bring such good vibe to the clinic!
