On my initial visit I saw the PA. She was nice and the appointment was quick. She said I needed to come back in 4-6 weeks to do a follow up on the new medication. Once arriving at the checkout window the man there told me I actually needed to have a phone call follow up in only 2 weeks. I agreed and scheduled that appointment. As someone that works nights I had to disrupt my sleep to wake up and be prepared for this phone call. I waited, nobody called. I called the office. Nobody answered. Warning ⚠️ if I could give her a zero I would. Very unprofessional staff at her office aren't organized my first visit and only visit to the office was chaotic. Her office is not even set.I called 3and a half weeks ago to get my orders for X- Ray and MRI sent over it was never done. Me, my pcp's nurse and my insurance has not been able to contact her office for the Month of Aug 2025. Every time you call no answer after 2 days the voicemail is full. I gave up call I got a new doctor. The last 3 weeks have been a waste of time... read more
