This is a SCAM ...I regret doing any kind of business with them needs to be investigated I also wrote a negative Yelp review regarding my experience as well.
Nick is condescending and arrogant!! Paid $2,300 in 2019 to get help with ch13 bankruptcy. To date no help and creditors are still contacting me. I attempted to call Nick Wajda and was condescending and said he didn’t have time and hung up on me. I called back and he placed me on hold. He told me “he was too busy that I need to spit it out”.
Scam! Never heard back from them! They were eager with sales calls and texts. Initial phone call was them very quickly taking my information and bank info to set up payment plan. Never heard back from them and I have no idea if they filed anything. I have no idea how bankruptcy process works or what I am supposed to do now and how much more in trouble I am for not calling back my creditors and trying to arrange some payment plans with them instead of filing bankruptcy with this fraud law firm.
Worst lawyer. Believe the other reviews. They will save you money. Nicholas is great at first, as soon as he sees you on a payment plan, he talks to you like dirt. I told him I had to pay bills, this is why I specifically asked before paying his firm, if they filed while I was paying. They said yes. Now I have to pay the full fees before he files.
