Having the doctor ask me why another doctor did not order specific tests, and why something wasn’t done in the hospital was the first issue. Saying a call would be given to schedule specific labs by the end of the next business day and waiting 2 weeks with no call just to be given a different number to schedule. Only to be told they never received an order, was what made me change health care systems completely. The front office staff and nurses were friendly, professional and kind.
