Very knowledgeable and helpful, I called in not sure of what to ask helped me ID my lid and had a replacement in stock. Home of the 31" diameter concrete lids! Great family owned business.
As a home owner I called ahead to pick up risers to fix a septic tank issue. I told them my risers were square and that I was driving an hour to get them. They told me they had them and that I should bring pictures. When I got there the person helping me sort of laughed and said he could sell me some (they were circular and would not fit the existing openings) but they were not what I needed.
