Great customer service support here. I had to drive out to Waitangirua pharmacy to pick up some replacement parts for my CPAP machine. It made the travel to and from Island Bay worthwhile. They even told me they courier it too. Greatful.🙏🏾
I did give these people a five star rating many years ago until I have felt a change of attitude towards me over the year.. rude staff who have looked down on me or look away. Today, management and staff didnt even acknowledged me and the little girl just gave a horrible look and look the other way. Ill take my business elsewhere next time and have nothing to do with this horrible people again. Im the customer if you got a problem with me use your mouth and show some respect.
