Terrible cafetria food for the price they charged. Bought a chicken burger, the only thing warm was the patty. The buns were cold.

For the first time in 10years my wife got some relief from a Dr. David Peak in A and E who was able to identify her problem. 10years no doctor was able to identify her condition except this doctor. True we were waiting for 7 hours but that was nothing compared to us who live in the Taranaki region where none of the medical facilities were able to help her. 8 yrs we have been in Hawera still. Made me realise to shop around,even if it means traveling further as not all doctors have the same experience. Don't get me wrong I adm... read more

I visited a 7 month old baby several times throughout his stay at hospital when he was admitted on 3 different occasions. I tried giving him a bath after he vomited his entire feed and could not manage to fill the baby bath with warm water - I was told by 2 nurses that the water needs to run for 15 minutes before it heats up. I emailed management and the maintenance team and to date, there has been no response. I am confused as to how this seems to be accepted as the norm.
