A big thank you for the care given by nurses and doctors to my friend Margaret Walker in the Titarangi ward. In particular to doctor Sarah. The sensitive and professional manner she informed the family of what was happening .
We had been waiting for more than 5 hours from 8pm to 1am to see an emergency doctor yesterday. Just one doctor was available at these hours to see all the queuing emergency patients. We understood why the waiting time is so long. We want to help others to save their time and life. It’s time to improve our hospital structure, make it more efficient and better for everyone. No one wants to visit a hospital with strugglers. Don’t disappoint us. 5 stars review is for our future healthcare in New Zealand. We deserve a better NZ.
When my daughter was brought in after falling off the bed, we were immediately met with judgment and criticism from the staff, solely because we are teen parents. Instead of offering support or reassurance, they treated us with unwarranted suspicion. After thoroughly examining her and finding no injuries or concerns, we were informed that we would need to stay for four hours as a precautionary measure to monitor for any potential worsening symptoms.
