I used Wait Staff Solutions to help with Christmas Dinner. No pressure there - right? Well, Atalia showed up dressed and ready for work! She was fantastic. So helpful, so calm, so kind, unflappable and cheerful. She is a total pro and we were so happy with her service and professionalism. DeAna, Thank you for your partnership and level of service! We hired Deana and her team to handle serving and bar tending at my sister's wedding. From the moment Deana arrived, she brought a sense of calm and knowledge to a slightly overwhelmed planner (me). She took charge immediately and made everything not only work, but work flawlessly and beautifully. I cannot say how grateful I am for all of the work both in front of the crowd and behind the scenes that the team performed. I hired Deanna for my daughter’s graduation party in 2022. The service was excellent. She was prompt and efficient. We hired her again for my daughter’s wedding in November 2024. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the same. We had some concerns, however we are very happy that Deanna contacted us to discuss our concerns and offered to change the experience in the future. We appreciate her professionalism.

Deana and her team were great to work with over the weekend! I am a wedding planner and her team did a fantastic job making sure the buffet was stocked, tables were clear, the kitchen was cleaned & maintained and more! Her bartenders worked hard and handled the slight chaos of a shorter ceremony than anticipated very calmly and professionally. This review is 2 years overdue (so sorry!) but definitely owed. I hired Wait Staff solutions to assist with my wedding 2 years ago and everything went without a hitch. They fell right into place with my wedding planner, caterers, and venue, and were very receptive to what I wanted in terms of service. The owner spoke to me directly many times prior to the wedding so we were all on the same page. Everyone at my wedding thought that the staff belonged to the venue because they blended in so seamlessly. Would totally hire them ... read more
