I have been working with coach T for the past 6 months. Since working with her my fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights. She pushes me throughout each session while she laughs and jokes and states “ you are strong you can do it” lol. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with her

I recommend “Waist Talk Fitness” for anyone whether you’re looking to become stronger, get into better and healthier habits, or just to look and feel good! Coach T is so down to earth, and encouraging she will push you to be your best self there is no limit with her! She’s helped me become stronger physically and mentally, she’s helped me feel more confident in myself in other words she’s the absolute best and she’s someone you won’t ever forget. I’m so happy I’ve had the the time to work with her.

I am so Happy I went through with Coach T she is amazing welcoming and she pushes you because she knows you can do it!!! I suggest if you’re thinking about it do it you won’t regret it!!! 😊😊😊😊😊

Absolutely hands down the best trainer I have ever had. Teaira is motivating, knowledgeable, and pushes you to the limit. It’s an empowering feeling after every class, whether zoom or in person, to know that you accomplished everything she threw at you. You want to go back for more and tell others about your experience. If I could give more stars I would.
