Joined in July 2025 and I’ve really enjoyed being part of this women’s exercise training group. The smaller class size makes it feel personal and supportive, and the trainer gives everyone the attention they need. This was absolutely the best decision I made for myself. Coach T is amazing and I am already seeing great results physically but also mentally. This space is filled with ladies who are motivated and aren’t afraid to motivate others. I found my workout tribe ❤️ Work hard … play hard .
Great gym, small group workout classes for women-only, mini challenges to win cash and a great motivational and fun group of women supporting and encouraging each other to reach their health and fitness goals. Coach T and Coach Dreah are attentive to technique, form and your motivation. Your body will confirm for you that you had a good workout 💪🏾❤️😊.
I absolutely love my Waist Talk family! Every day I walk in, I’m reminded of the amazing support system I have. We motivate and push each other, and that’s what makes the experience so powerful it keeps me coming back and striving for more.
