This was absolutely the best decision I made for myself. Coach T is amazing and I am already seeing great results physically but also mentally. This space is filled with ladies who are motivated and aren’t afraid to motivate others. I found my workout tribe ❤️ Work hard … play hard .
Great gym, small group workout classes for women-only, mini challenges to win cash and a great motivational and fun group of women supporting and encouraging each other to reach their health and fitness goals. Coach T and Coach Dreah are attentive to technique, form and your motivation. Your body will confirm for you that you had a good workout 💪🏾❤️😊.
I absolutely love my Waist Talk family! Every day I walk in, I’m reminded of the amazing support system I have.
