I love working out here! I’ve been coming for over a year, and I’m just getting started! Not only am I losing weight and gaining muscle, but I’ve also gained a gym family. Called for my wife, they left me a text message. Never responded to the request. Not only is this place sexist, but they carry terrible business practices. On top of that a $99 membership fee? You can tell the delusional owns this place. Will highly not recommend this place as it is not for ALL women. Only the women they choose to accept.

Joined in July 2025 and I’ve really enjoyed being part of this women’s exercise training group. The smaller class size makes it feel personal and supportive, and the trainer gives everyone the attention they need. This was absolutely the best decision I made for myself. Coach T is amazing and I am already seeing great results physically but also mentally. This space is filled with ladies who are motivated and aren’t afraid to motivate others. I found my workout tribe ❤️ Work hard … play hard .
