This practice claims to have compassion. I beg to differ. They sent me a certified letter asking me to find another facility because they felt I was not happy with them meeting my needs. I never stated that I was not happy. On the contrary I brought the front office staff a box of chocolate cookies prior to boarding my 2 dogs there as a gesture of appreciation for accommodating me and making me "happy."
