Excellent service and wonderful staff. I highly recommend this business.
Family member contacted them regarding their new puppy that was not well, they were met with horrible customer service and very rude staff.
So my Girlfriend went in to get help for a 9week old puppy who has been very iLL for 3 days now.They didn’t take any concern within 2seconds the told her “No we can’t help you” Without asking any questions. This is beyond a bad google review. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after what happend today. Customer Service 0/10 Professionalism 0/10 Dosnt even deserve a 1 star And that worker should be terminated for lack of care.
Poor communication & care for the well being of sick animals. Sent me away instantly. I would not bring your animals there for anything. Terrible phone etiquette & sounding very judgemental, when it comes to an eight week old puppy. Very unimpressed.
Great experience for any visit. Great with our pets and us for check us and then their procedures couldn't have gone better. They recovered so quick youd never known they had an operation.
