updated review: This is an okay trailer park. the landlord doesnt care too too much about much of anything except getting his money though. He neglects the trailers, as someone living here, since in my specific case the flooring is peeling up in every room and there was an ungodly roach infection when me and my family first moved here. Luckily that ice storm knocked those suckers out, since we didnt have power. I wouldnt recommend moving here, but i dont HATE living here. My family recently moved into one of the trailers here near the back, it's pretty nice. The property manager that comes over when we call (deserey but idk if I spelled it right) is super nice and helpful, I give her a snack when she comes over sometimes. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because my allergies suck and there's a shit ton of pollen during springtime because of us being so close to the woods/forest- whatever you call it.
