All the staff is very professional and polite. The technologist gave me all the relevant helpful information and the process is very smooth . Since I don’t have a family doctor, they contacted the emergency department beforehand and it helped me to get the prescription as soon as possible. I’m extremely grateful for their support.
Friendly staff and clean building
Update: 2026 2 months for an ultrasound is unacceptable. Very clean and professional very happy to have them in the community serving Wain and areas.

Friendly staff, excellent experience, every step of my visit was explained to me in plain language. They called me to see if I would like to come in earlier than expected due to a cancellation by another person. I was in and out within 20 minutes.
