The staff is very polite and accommodating. Short waiting time for the appointment. Fast to go in and out. Smooth and efficient
Friendly staff, excellent experience, every step of my visit was explained to me in plain language. They called me to see if I would like to come in earlier than expected due to a cancellation by another person. I was in and out within 20 minutes.
Simply could not have asked for a better experience! Technician was wonderful! Made sure I was comfortable throughout the ultrasound and happily answered all my questions regarding what she was doing, what flashing colours meant, schooling for the job, etc. Reception was friendly, helpful and nicely called me a cab afterwards!
