Knowledgeable & Kind.
I called while they were both closed and open with now answer. They do not have a voice mail system which means I could not leave a voice mail canceling my appointment before 24 hours. They will not leave me alone with a charge for a missed appointment even though I saw Dr sharkswy in the hospital the day prior and he said i didnt need to come in anyways. He has poor bedside manner and I had to beg for simple routine tests to be preformed on me aswell. Psa for anyone who attends or will attend here.
I have been at the wainwright medical clinic for a few years now and Dr burger is really quite nice every time when I have needed to see him he always take the time to explain things and also he always makes sure that I am ok too
