Had a broken wisdom tooth, I called in and were quick to work with me on getting me in ASAP to have them removed. Because of switching clinics I had to pay my one bill upfront while benefits got figured out. When I called and wanted to clear the air the receptionists were helpful in answering any questions and pointing me in the right direction to be covered properly. If you get nervous about your teeth the receptionists & Dr. Ebrahim are amazing to talk to about it.
I called on Thursday for an appointment. Got in on Monday. Amazing service from the receptionist the dental assistant and the dentist. Left feeling comfortable with what I was told. This will be my new dentist.

Receptionist hung up on me -so frustrated and rude They make Reservists pay up front even with insurance treating them as second class citizens Don’t have cleaning appointments till 6 months in future Very poor client services Recommend Wainwright Family Dental instead where they have a competent staff to process your claims and appointments next day for yearly check up and service within a month for cleanings
