Dr. Mauricio reported inaccurate data to the state about my father on his death certificate. This is not opinion, but rather fact. There have been several attempts to contact his office to get records corrected to no avail. The items that are incorrect are time of death. He has already corrected this once because the decedent's daughter actually had a conversation with the decedent 4 hours after the stated time of death and the mortician was able to acquire the correction. This whole office is completely without management oversight. I never answered the telephone and when you leave a message, they never called back. I even asked to speak to the clinic manager once and was told I would receive a call back shortly and that was months ago. I am now on my third doctor at this facility and I’m still not happy.

I have visited Dr. Waintrub for the 1st.time December5, 2022. In my opinion he is one of the very best physicians I've ever met. Keenly intelligent and very knowledgeable about not so common duseases.I'm impressed with his expertise and very kind and patient manner in which he treats his patients. Not just a Dr. but also a wonderful human being with a big heart. Highly recommended by me.
The doctor is great, but their office has a lack of communication. I was seen on 1/17/19, took almost 2 weeks from lack of communication to get the test done I needed. Went in a week later and was told they would submit my results to insurance to get the device I needed. It has been 3 business days, and the insurance company still has not seen the request to treat! So needless to say my health is not of priority to this office since it has been almost 2 months without an end result!
