This office is something else.. the long wait 3 hours and then my referral for to get a CT was incomplete and when I called the office they told me they can not help me because I was calling the Queens location. Did not give me the number for Brooklyn location and then The ONLY number they have on a Website was the same number I had called. 3 obviously not a good sign. I feel like I am doing a detective. Absolutely frustrating.

Dr.. Wainstein is a sweetheart. His staff however are another issue. I found his primary assistant to be rude and uninformative. The waiting time in his office is offensive, particularly when people have been told no food or drink from midnight. I left at 2:45 in the afternoon without having my procedure done
I had a great experience with Dr. Sasha Wainstein. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He staffs are very friendly. You will feel comfortable at the office. I would recommend him.
