GP is late to their first patients appointment and poorly explaining to my medical concerns.
I don't understand if this is for real a surgery!?there are 4 days closed and 3 open with breaks during the day😦I had such a bad experience with a young employed put in front at the reception to talk to people while her manager is having a coffee/tea time.I went to register my mum and that girl didn't know how to do it.She said to wait a few minutes while her manager is coming back and i wait almost an hour fuming while observing that girl redirecting all the calls to someone that knew about the job and admiring how she was... read more
Phoned for a sick cert, I'm bedbound yet told I have to use an online system or wait over a week for a slot so the doctor can write one up, absolute joke.
I don't even know were to begin. I called the surgery before going in, in order to register as a new patient. They told me that I will need to go in and complete the forms and provide proof of address and ID. All good so far, BUT, when I did go to visit the surgery I was told that there is no receptionist and therefore I should go to a different practice to register. I was taking my Mum there for over two years because she was losing weight and it took them that long to test her and realise she had breast cancer. She died last October . If you are an elderly patient they just go through the motions as if they are concerned.
