I had a great experience working with Waines Auto after a tree fell on my vehicle during a summer storm. They worked with my insurance to make sure I had the best deal, while keeping up excellent communication through the whole process. It was also convenient that they work with enterprise, so my rental was right there and could be dropped off there too. I had someone compliment "my new car" this week after the work was done! Highly recommend this body shop!!

After an unfortunate run in with a large turkey on i-89, my front end was left completely obliterated. Grill and bumper destroyed, smart stop/cruise control sensors busted, hood bent, radiator bracket snapped, really nasty. Brought the car in for an estimate for my insurance and got on the schedule. Tried to charge 600$ for a part that was under 400$, also it was the wrong part. also said they couldn’t look under the car to see if it was okay to drive, but claimed they could fix the car… To be fair this was all with this male receptionist, who may not have known what he was talking about, but he should have said as much.
