Trevor, Cindee and John at Wainalta took good care of me and helped me out in a pinch. Solid vehicle, smooth and easy financing, and they got me to the dealership from out of town. We recently bought 2nd hand dogde caravan model 2012 in wainalta all the staffs are accommodating and i am very satisfied with the service especially with trever the manager who is easy to deal with.
We brought our truck to Wainalta one week before Christmas 2025 because it would not start — no lights, no power — despite having a new battery. We specifically asked them to confirm it was not the alternator. We were told the issue was the PCM and paid to have it replaced. On Christmas Day, while driving on Highway 21 in -25°C, the truck shut down completely and left us stranded.
