Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, I’ve received excellent health care here and happily drive over from Kailua to attend this health center. Excellent programs, they are happy to work with you regarding finances, yes they can be on island time but it’s easy to get a same day appointment if you call in at 8:30. Only bad experience I had was a blood draw where she didn’t follow instructions but it’s easy to go to DLS too and maybe that was a one off thing. Hard to make dr. appoinment. Receptionist don't answer the phone. I was on the phone for almost an hour.
I've been going here for about 20 years now. The doctors and nurses ans PA's here are great. However, my only complaint is when trying to get an appointment can be very difficult. I had to wait over 2months just to get an appointment to get my BC filled. Then when you did get an appointment you are waiting for over an hour before the doc comes in to see you.
