I am deaf and I had a hard time understanding or hearing any of the assistants and dentist especially Dr. Koochi. None of them were accommodating to my hearing impairment, I also listed on my application paper I filled out "I need an interpreter because I am deaf" Its very difficult for me to hear especially when people wear mask because I read lips fluently, I understand why they need to wear the mask but I feel l like I was just rushed through without understanding anything. Very friendly people. The girl at the desk was kind and friendly. The radiologist who did my x-rays was fantastic and explained everything and was also very friendly and explained the image results. The dentist examining me explained everything to me and was great and also explained the results and implications. Originally when I called to make my appointment, the person on the phone told me I had an appointment but when I got there on person they said something about an urgent care list I was on which might not mean I'm see... read more
