I visited here several times throughout my pregnancy before ultimately deciding to birth elsewhere. The nurses were so rude to me every time I was there- they were very condescending anytime I asked a question and I was fat shamed constantly. My wife delivered my first baby at this hospital and they were amazing. I am skeptical of hospitals and don’t trust hospitals, but this place was amazing. We had amazing doctors, and nurses. The food was not great, but the care was spectacular. For the most part we were not pushed into anything we didn’t want to do. They really respected our decisions as parents. Delivering here was the closest I could come to a home birth while still being at a hospital.

Typical careless service of Hawaii. Front desk knew that the OBGYN was out for hours and was delayed, but gave no phone call. I took off work, and drove my pregnant wife 1.5 hours to this appointment. Staff, when you read this, please give a courtesy call and don’t assume that postponing appointments is no big deal. It’s a huge deal for some, like myself.

Not what it used to be. Definitely going downhill, they won’t even answer the phone to schedule an appointment.
