I had some tyres changed, the tyre guy was awesome and I felt the charge was very reasonable
We dropped the car off for a WOF at 9am after already failing an earlier one. By 4pm, still no call, no work done, and instead they suddenly flagged a completely different issue that—conveniently—would take 10 days to fix. The explanation was vague at best, like they couldn’t actually describe what was wrong. And it’s not like this is our first time at a mechanic. Took my car in early on a Monday morning as one of my tyres was a bit flat. The guy looked at it straight away, no puncture - pumped up all the tyres and sent me on my way. Awesome customer relations, will definitely be back when work needs doing.
