I called Wailuku Automotive for help and a very professional and completely helpful lady named Denice was Stellar. She took so much time answering all my questions and took time to explain my problem. When I stopped in to see her she booked me quickly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and gave me hope in a tough time I was having with my car. I highly recommend Wailuku Automotive and her helping you with your concerns. Thank you Denice a True Aloha spirit. Ann Lewis

Rude and sarcastic over the phone when I called to get a quote for the Air Conditioning repair of my vehicle.
