We've been to a lot of luaus on Maui and an other islands and this was one of the better shows we've seen. We attended on July 27, during the rain storm and the performers kept the show going without missing a beat. The fire dance at the end was incredible! Highly recommend!
The show and performance are outstanding and worth it if you've never done this before. The live band was great as well. However, the food is very average for the most part. Instead of lasting 3 hours long the whole thing could have been easily packed within 90 minutes total. There's barely anything happening besides getting to the buffet and having a drink during the first 60-90 minutes.
I've been to a few Luau's on different islands and this has been my favorite. Great atmosphere, great food, everyone in your party will enjoy how they bring everyone together with the food, culture, and amazing performers. Wailele Luau Fire and Knife show was a moment in time everyone will take home with them.
