We had a panic call about our poor sweet puppy, who was choking, we asked for help. they lacked knowledge on where anything was, and then when panic increased from our side, they immediately resorted to offering cremation options. Horrible place if you have an emergency.
Living in Waikoloa, we were so happy to have a veterinary office open up right here ! Dr. Crimmins and staff have been wonderful with our hang of three dogs, both through routine care and the occasional minor problems. Very happy with our care here !
So gentle and kind with me and my kitty!
I have been here several times. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Love their kona office also!
Great, they were the only ones I could get a last min appt. For my dog moving to the mainland. He needed a rabies shot and a letter of good health to get on a plane. Thank you for that last minute appointment.
