Poor customer service. I called because of their reviews unfortunately I was disappointed. They don't read emails I was told better to text. I did text but no response! I called to see if my text was received the person said no. Then he said “oh yes I did get it” but can't find it. So I re sent it and never got a call back! I found another company that immediately responded, got a quote and showed up at my home the next day. Now that's what I call customer service.
Jess was very knowledgeable and understanding. Jess and his team did a great and we can’t ask for more!
A big MAHALO to Jes and the crew who bailed us out of a difficult scheduling problem when the roofer we had been dealing with had problems and couldn’t execute the installation of a new shingle roof which included 4 new skylights and 2 new solar attic fans. I initially contacted Jes on Nov. 3rd; the roof was completed on Nov. 16th. The attention to details and the quality of everything they did was excellent!
