Amazing ride with Jordan! Took the blue line and it was stunning, Jordan told great stories explaining the culture of the Hawaiian island and was a pleasure to listen too. One of me and my boyfriends favorite parts of our visit. Thank you Jordan for a great trip!
Tour was just ooo-kay, and the guides were meh. Overall, I wasn't wow'ed. I've toured many other cities (domestic and international) and those tours were a lot less expensive, I saw a hell of a lot more, and they were easier to navigate. If you happen to get off the double decker or the trolley to sightsee, it can be a challenge to locate the nearest stop to get back on. (Red line) The trolley was way too crowded, very uncomfortable. The bus for the other lines might’ve been better. But this was not worth the money.
I witnessed this elderly man twice today get completely ignored by trolley drivers. I saw him wave them down, and both times they stopped about 20-30 ft from him. They clearly saw him yet refused to wait for him to catch up to them. At one point he started running to them and they took off. I am very disappointed in your service in his behalf.
