Everything about this experience was poor. The cost was high for what was delivered. The food was bland and luke warm. The drinks were $15 a pop. The show took too long to get going...it was just guitar and bass at first, we didn't see so much as a grass skirt until we had been there for 2 hours. As far as service goes, our waitress kept making apologies for the kitchen and bartender until she threw in the towel and quit on the spot. Fun place to grab a drink. The staff was very nice and the atmosphere is fun!
The tiki hotel itself looked terrible from what I saw. Hallways looked dirty, main lobby felt like it was 100 degrees, and the bathrooms were very dirty. The Polynesian show is why I was there. The price is way too high!! We were a group of 8 with reservation 3 days In advance. We were seated right next to the speaker. I couldn’t see one member of the show. Went there to see the dinner show..The waitstaff was excellent..the food was ok. The show was not as expected. The children made the show..they were adorable. Thought the price was too high...
