This place is dirty, the owners girlfriend is nasty, rude, & acts like a spoiled wench. If you go in there & she is there... chances are he is on the other side & she is a nasty sneaky type she will talk down to you quietly so he doesnt hear her & she will tell you that if you dont like something you can always go elsewhere. She will be nasty & say this all with a smug smile. She refused to let me have a 2nd hand towel. I had read the reviews & tons of different sites post bad reviews, but I'm the type that I like to form my own opinions . Most of the girls that work there are very nice & helpful. Stephanie is one of those that's dating the owner & she is a RUDE witch! The owner is one of the older out of shape but has money type guys. They call this a show room salon but its not very clean. I can see how some might think they have hidden cameras as there is a missing ceiling tile or vent over every bed. I wont be going there & I know sever... read more

I don't believe what the person said about the rude customer service! I started going to Waikiki Beach about 2 weeks and the girls are awesome and VERY friendly to me! Any questions I have they answer with smiles! I have never been so pleased with a tanning experience before! There hours are not that inconvenient either and they have another salon that you can use your pass at!! Overall I love this salon and plan on being a long term customer!

I have been tanning there for years and finally have taken my business elsewhere. The girls working there are always rude and unprofessional. Michelle and Raquel are the 2 who are the worst. The beds are dirty, and they talk badly about their clients to their face. Plus, they are hardly open anymore!

Amazing tanning beds for a really affordable price. I did the Sun Angel and had such long lasting results. If you are an avid tanner this place is definitely worth it--the mist tan is only $15 and has 4 positions so your tan gets really even. They have limited hours so be aware...but still definitely earn the 5 stars based on the variety, quality, and low price of the tans.
