Exceptional Reconstructive Surgeon I absolutely love Dr. Li. After being diagnosed with right breast cancer, I underwent bilateral mastectomy followed by implants by another surgeon. I was unhappy with the results and feel so blessed that Dr. Li was the surgeon who exchanged my implants, removed the excess tissue under my arms and reduced the scars I had from the previous surgery.
