Dr. Chou provided excellent service from consultation, pre-op, surgical procedures and post- op. Her office communicated well on following up at each progression. I highly recommend her, the Marshall staff and facility.

I am sorry I accepted Dr. Chiu to do my colonoscopy. I expected the center would have experienced Doctors and I trusted them when they scheduled my procedure with her. I have had 3 other colonoscopies which went well. Dr. Chiu aborted my procedure because she was not experienced enough to navigate my colon. They even had my previous procedures on file. I am disappointed and angry.
I was supposed to have a colonscopy and upper GI tests tomorrow. I called for the appointment time and I was told it hasn't been pre-auth had not been done. I AM Furious!! I took two days off work for the prep day today and the tests tomorrow. Dr. Chiu dropped the ball at my expense. Can I trust the tests not being screwed up too?!
