Within a week I had booked and attended my appointment and picked up a brand new pair of prescription glasses. My eye test done by Mark was thorough, everything was explained to me and he was friendly and professional. I am new to owning glasses but Kathy was super helpful and so friendly. Such fab customer service.

The Wahroonga Eyecare business is an excellent local business 5hat gives exceptional service to customers. My first experience with them was with very painful eyes and they fitted me in immediately and gave care and advice as to a solution. Since then I have returned and they are my primary optometrist for all my needs. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. It is wonderful to have such good care and service.
After 20 years of frustration with several different optometrists and many sets of multifocal glasses, I count myself fortunate to come under the care of Ernest Tobia and his team at Wahroonga and Epping Eyecare. Ernest, optometrist Mark Bae, and assistants Kathy and Rowena provided me with great advice, including the need for cataract surgery, and subsequent reading glasses. It is also great to be able to wear non-presciption sunglasses again. Thank you!
