The entire staff is so professional and welcoming . Doctor Hout is thorough and explained my concerns.
He has very bad bedside manners He needs to slow down and actually listen to patients or family So he can get proper information about patients. And him and staff should not be talking about the patients spouse and making remarks in front of him. Very unprofessional. Will not be seeing him again
10:30 appointment, I was told to arrive at 10. Waited until almost 12 to be seen! Nobody at the desk ever told me that they were running late. However one of the receptionist had no problem arguing with someone from the back about how they should train their people better. Very unprofessional. Take it in the back, patient's should not have to be exposed to that.
Dr Hout is a very thorough doctor. An amazing MD.
