I purchased a white pine with root ball in December of 2015. The tree has been cared for and yet is dead already.(I have been buying X-Mas Trees with root ball for 15 years and this is the first to die after transplant) I called to ask guarantees on your products and was very disappointed that you do not guarantee your products and of your unwillingness to help. Free pictures with Santa!
It was fun. Kids picked out tree, i cut it down, the employees bailed and tied it down. Saw santa, went on horse ride. All where very friendly. Defin would recom to everyone
