A decent burger served at a mind-numbingly slow pace. This location is in the Hy-Vee and is staffed by Hy-Vee employees. Ordered the BBQ bacon burger to go. Was given a number and told it would be brought out to me. After 30 minutes, the cashier went on her lunch break. I had to ask for it at the bar area and was told it had been sitting there for quite some time. Food is okay. The burger is good but not anything to write home about. This place is an absolute joke. The only reason we go is to play trivia because no other place in town hosts on Sundays nights. The "service" is always a disaster, the ever rotating collection of newly 21-year-old bartenders don't even know how to pour a beer let alone make a drink, and don't expect to get charged for the right item either! Watch out for specials on canned or bottled beers too because most of the time they are expired. What happened to this place... does the owner even read the comments, it's your franchise Wahlberg & apparently you've made enough that it's reach oh well status. Guess I'll eat the samples at Sam's 😞
The best time to come is for an early dinner. They get crowded later on in the evening. I have not been in during lunch time. The food is excellent.
