The cashier Elena, barely speaks English and is not the friendliest person. I wanted to order a hot dog and was denied because I wasn't a child, but the "children's " menu doesn't have an age marked on it or saying that a hot dog is only for children.
They will charge you for things and not give it to you. I wanted a side with my 10 dollar meal and it ended up costing almost 20 dollars and all i got was a side sauce and no side. They are scammers and rude. They shouldn't even still be in business there is no reason i should be paying for things im not getting
Visited on 12/8/24, had their fiesta burger standalone & small shake for $16... overpriced chain that your really just paying for the name. The chain is run by the 2 non-famous brothers, who rely on their famous Hollywood brothers career & image for a cut of the profits. Recent years Hy-vee is scaling back on converting former Hy-vee Grills into Walburgers, because their starting to see it not profitable.
