I spent my entire lunch break pretty much waiting on the food. I ordered mac and cheese with the chicken. There was no one else eating in the restaurant when I walked in. It was dirty. There were no lean tabels to sit at. The entire time I was siting there no one came out to clean. I finally got up and went to the counter where an employee just wandering around told me my food was almost done. So this was my first experience at a Wahlburgers. My family was really looking forward to it. I was shocked that this one was located in a HyVee. Almost went somewhere else. Decided to try it anyway. The food we got was really good. Unfortunately the atmosphere and lack of cleanliness will keep me from coming back. There was not a single clean table in the entire place. I've been going to this place for years and have to say it was a much better place before it became a Wahlburgers with a limited menu and overpricing. I'm a vegetarian so I always get the impossible burger and I add extras. Two times in a row now I have asked for sauteed mushrooms at a cost of $1.50 to be added to the sandwich. Both times I have been given only three to four mushrooms at that price. If I could post a picture of it here I would. Absolutely ridiculous and I won't do it again. Place used to be my favorite but they destroyed the menu. It’s boring and trash now. They basically removed everything that was good from the menu.
