Very confusing as it is a dinning style eatery but no wait staff. After waiting in the restaurant for help to find out there's no one in there. You leave the restaurant area to order out in the grocery store portion of the building. Lots of seating but unfortunately no clean tables. Very disappointed with the cleanliness!!! Burger was so greasy the bun just fell apart. Very disappointing. Wish we'd have read the other reviews before eating here. Very over priced for the quality of food. Some of the best burgers around.
Complaint is for Tuesday evening Oct 22, 2024 only. Usually the food is fantastic but, not today. My burger was horrible. Soggy.and unedible. Who ever the person working was needs to be retrained or let go.
Filthy. And you wait 20 minutes to get help, and another 20 to get your food. Just garbage never even got food had to leave. They should tell you there's gonna be a wait time. Some of us have jobs to get too.
