I used Mr. Walh for paternity and attempted to use his services for a pfa hearing. He acted as if he was unfamiliar with my situation which I disregarded. He asked me about my personal background and pretty much labeled me as something the court didn’t see me as. Told me we would lose the pfa which I did not use his service. I found another attorney that took my case and we won the pfa that he stated we were going to lose. It did not feel as though his best interest was for me or my son which we are the clients.

Joe Wahl told me there was no shot to have success with my PFA case. He said the worst case scenario was the most likely outcome. He was so arrogant and didn’t bother to understand the facts of the case. He said “forget about God”! I went to another attorney (Alfred Lindh) who said I don’t see any reason why we can’t win this. Joe is currently assisting me and wife with our custody case. He's straight up, no BS, knows the judges who will be involved in the cases and what they think.
